Hi-de-ho and gland tidings… Okay.

We have sent out over 3,000 thyroid awareness bands. Some, not many, a total of 20 were kicked back to us (not bad), and we have re-sent those out. All SASE’s received, we’ve also sent out. However, if the postage was less than what was stated in the Awareness Bands Post (2/61 cent stamps), they weren’t sent back to us. Have you received them? If not, please re-send a SASE with the correct postage to the address mentioned here. Let’s hope some postal worker is off spreading thyroid awareness for all of us.

If you haven’t received your bracelet or band, please let us know in comments and/or email us with your postal address, and let us know.

For those of you that would like to receive a FREE thyroid awareness band, please send a SASE and we will send one out. We have loads of bracelets.

Love,

Us

  18. Janene says:

Thank you! Thank you! I received my bracelet and have been wearing it PROUDLY ever since. (sorry to take so long to send this THANK YOU!) I even have a tan line from it! If I may, I will be sending a SASE and request another bracelet. I don’t ever want to be without one. Just today I showed it to a co-worker who’s daughter had her thyroid removed due to thyroid cancer.

I can’t fully describe the comfort I feel just by wearing this bracelet. It is a daily reminder that I am not alone in trying to find my way thru life with thyroid disease.

Oops! I’m starting to get misty eyed and mushy! But it just feels so GOOD to know I am not alone in this journey.

Thanks to all for being there!

  19. Janene – Now, I’m teary eyed. What an amazing thing to say, we’re absolutely floored. Knowing that you feel less alone, is the greatest gift in the world.

If you do send a SASE, please be sure to write 3 bracelets somewhere, so we can send one to you and to your colleague and her daughter.

How is her daughter doing? How is she holding up?

    A million XO’s

I hope someone will read this. 🙂

    greetings, Raf.
