My pearl of wisdom for the day, ha. Treat people as you would want to be treated. Be true to yourself. Don’t listen to the noise, whether it’s inside your head or from the outside world; it really doesn’t matter. Never forget the greater good, whatever your greater good is. Don’t buy into pettiness, it’s a distraction. When someone slanders or maligns your character – do your own homework before passing judgment. Because if the shoe was on the other foot, wouldn’t you want the same for yourself? Let go with love. Live out loud, as loud as you can. End everything as respectfully as you began, if you can. Choose your words wisely. As my mother always says… Expect nothing, be open to everything.

Fat Thigh-roid Woes: Ass-plosion Central, another brilliant, bold and bodacious installation from Nicole Wells. So proud of the girl for taking Graves’ asstastic behavior out of the closet and into the world, where it belongs!

Excerpt from Nicole’s column: “What does Graves Disease do to poop you ask?  It waters it down, and your vocab becomes littered with interesting terminology to describe poop – “brb, gotta bust out some ass piss”, “I have the trots” and “seatbelt diarrhea kept me up all night” are some of my faves.”
