In one visit, like every visit, with every doctor

Needing; desperate for hope

Vague, but excruciating symptoms causing angst, fatigue, pain, cold, exhaustion

I listened and I talked; I begged and I cried; I prayed that you could be my

Savior; my solution

Instead,

Blame cast on my psychology; internalization and resignation

Loneliness, darkness, rage, spiraling down

Encapsulating me

(Bio) Keira 35 – year old Hashimoto’s patient and thyroid cancer survivor
