I feel your pain and know where you are coming from as no one really understands only the person going through it but know this you have all our thyupport because we have all been there and are still. so you will never be alone.
I like to be alone at times like tonight left with my thoughts and music to sooth my mind body and soul as I feel so down in the dumps.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful response…Some days are beautiful days and others are dark. I am certainly on the mend, but still in the midst of navigating the changes taking place in my body. This community has been such a healing one. I am so grateful to have the opportunity to be a part of it.
