U feel heard, understood and less alone, by her saving grace

Takes on our thyroids; kicking their asses (and ours, too)

Educates, advocates, promotes healing through building community and sharing of cathartic words

Lives life out loud,

Yo! Proud of her, I am. Indebted to her, I remain.
