We’re resurrecting Acrostic Poetry. Our community has always submitted such outstanding literary works in poetry, that we wanted to bring it back and fast! Please write your hearts out using the word – SUPERFLUOUS, and send your submissions to submissions@dearthyroid.org. Or, leave them in the comments section.

Start writing. Now would be good.

    Saturday morning
    Under a mist-shrouded sun
    Planning a day of
    Ease, relaxation, and fun
    Recognizing that I have
    Forgotten all my cares
Life is to be enjoyed whether it has
    Un-health or has vitality
One day is all we have
    Until tomorrow comes
So frolic or laze in bed, it’s all good.
