Photo Essay Contest
Yesterday, we posted on Facebook asking the community what kind of contest they would like to see on Dear Thyroid. Lots of terrific ideas came in and we hope to see more. We plan on utilizing all of them.
One of our community members, Erika suggested a photo contest. We think this is a dandy idea!
The contest: We are requesting photo essays or a photo that depicts a story about how your disease makes you feel right now in this moment. You can include a blurb or not. The photo or photo essays with the most votes (in comments) will win a T-shirt from the Dear Thyroid store.
Please send all submissions to submissions@dearthyroid.org.
The contest will run from April 20, 2011 through April 30, 2011.
