Fourteenth Entry: Thyroid Literary Contest – Three Words of Encouragement
Community, Strength, Hope, and Love
COMMUNITY helps me remember I am not in this alone.. even when I have to be secluded from those I love.
The STRENGTH of others helps me to be strong when all I want to do is hide under my blankets and cry.
HOPE that someday this will be behind me and others, and that my kids no longer have to try and understand what Cancer is.
It’s always nice to know you are LOVED even in your darkest days.
