Dear Anastasia, your trials with alternative treatments are similar to mine. How easy it would be to sink into eating all those things we so love, comfort foods really, but which are detrimental to our health! Me, I love vodka, but no vodka… not for a while…

Anyway, the link to the post mentioned at the end of the blog, part 1, is not working. Can someone maybe relink it?

Anita, I feel the same way. I (Liz) am from FL, and sure, most people don’t consider it the south, it does happen to have alot of Southern people and southern transplants and so I know exactly what she’s talking about with the sweet tea. I used to be an addict.
