Next week is POETRY week!
Next week is poetry week on Dear Thyroid and we’re asking all of you to start writing some thylicious poems. Send us your Dear Thyroid acrostic poems, haikus (thykus, if you will), limericks, sonnets, free verse…whatever type of poem you feel inspired to write. The topic is completely up to you, but here are some suggestions to get you started:
- How has thyroid disease/cancer affected your relationships?
- How has thyroid disease/cancer affected your day-to-day life?
- Have your dreams and aspirations changed as a result of living with thyroid disease/cancer?
