Do you see more cases of thyroid cancer when a person has been diagnosed with hyper or hypothyroidsm?

And maybe you have and I haven’t seen any, but maybe alerting patients about the effects of overdosing…. I have done that a lot of times because I forget to take my pills for a couple of days and I get so tired and depressed, and feeling so fat. I have taken 2 pills at once but there was a time were I went a whole week without my pills and when I finally had time to pick them up from CVS, I took 3 or 4 pills at once…… And guess what happened to me?

I blame it on the pills, but I don’t know for sure….

I went to school. I noticed my stomach was feeling weir,d like when you are going to have your period…. So I went, prepared… I was wearing a normal pad and had an extra one in my purse….  I was sitting down doing my work, and when I got up it was horrible I felt like everything came out at once …  I sat on a chair next to the teacher thinking, ok I am protected as soon as I am done with the teacher I can run to the restroom and hopefully nobody will notice… I got up from the chair and the chair had blood on it…. I was going to clean it but there were no paper towels. I had to run to the restroom…. My Jeans were red. The legs, everything, it took me a long time to wash my jeans  and you could still tell, so I went back to class to get my purse and luckily the class was over by that time. I told the teacher about the incident and he just laughed and he said nobody noticed; that other students came and sat down on that chair.

But I learned my lesson that day.  I had my usual 4-day period in less than 1 hour.

I would have thought that it was a miscarriage  since I had five before my two kids, but I have been single for a while now so that was not an option…

I hope cancer cannot be triggered by taking an extra pill or skipping a day or two.

I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism when I was a little girl… According to my mom I had a cyst on my neck and when the doctor removed it,  he cut a little piece of my thyroid. She tried going to different doctors because nobody would tell her the truth. She find out about the thyroid post  surgery.  I started to gain weight, look yellow, have bowel problems, my lips and hair were dry. So, she took me to a new doctor. Insurance wouldn’t approve it, but they came to the conclusion that part of my thyroid was gone…. I had to get used to needles and testing.

A doctor  once told me that I would never have kids and after the fifth miscarriage I almost believed it, but I am a mom of two healthy beautiful kids. I sometimes wonder if my marriage was affected by my lack of sexual appetite or by me always being sad, happy, depressed, happy, tired, happy… But my ex always blames it on himself.

Thanks for taking the time to read part of my story.

“I sometimes wonder if my marriage was affected by my lack of sexual appetite or by me always being sad, happy, depressed, happy, tired, happy…” My world in a nutshell… Nobody understands… nobody to blame… …So frustrating!
