We have THREE new columnists who will be adding thyliterary joy to our community. You’ve likely already seen them around, but here’s an official introduction:

Allison Nazarian has lived with Hashimoto’s for 20+ years of her life but has only recently begun to understand what’s really happening to her body. This lack of education and understanding is something many of us can relate to. Allison is going to be sharing the honest, real and funny changes, discoveries and “aha” moments she has experienced on this journey. Be sure to check out her tales in her column “Thy-What?!” The first installation was published on Friday and you can read it here.

Ann Glanders is Dear Thyroid’s resident advice columnist. Ann Glanders is a survivor of thyroid cancer and is writing the Q&A column “Dear Ann Glanders” to help you find the answers to your thyroid-related questions. Got a burning question for her? You can connect with Ann via the comments section of her column OR on the Dear Ann Glanders Facebook page.

Anna Warner is a survivor of thyroid cancer and author of My Lipstick Journey Through Cancer. In her book, Anna chronicles how lipstick helped her cope with the surgeries, side effects, and all the other emotional goodies that come along with cancer. She is going to continue to share her story with us in her column “Life Through Lipstick Lenses.” If you haven’t already, be sure to read the first two installations here and here.

Ladies, thank you so much for sharing your stories and experience with us. We welcome you with open glands.
