Thank you to everyone for contributing to spreading awareness by ordering bracelets. We are grateful to you and for you.
Our collective desire to keep awareness going as a thyamily (family) is very important. Together, we can invoke change and achieve anything! We encourage you to continue placing orders for bracelets.
We were overwhelmingly surprised by the outpouring of orders we received. In our wildest dreams we never imagined it—we’re so proud of each and every one of you.
We have already begun sending out bracelets. We’ve also ordered thousands of additional bracelets to fill existing and new orders; and we will fill each and every order. Your patience is incredibly appreciated, as we’ll be sending out bracelets throughout February and March.
As of February 1st, all new bracelets ordered will still be 100% free. We will, however, be requesting a SASE (self addressed stamped envelope).

Keep those orders coming! Keep spreading awareness.
Send ideas about how you think we can spread awareness to DearThyroid@gmail.com. One month isn’t enough. If we want funding, insurance/medication/medical/doctor accountability, education for our doctors and the general population; and ultimately a cure, we have to work together to find the way. We believe that we can achieve this—in fact, we think we can do ANYTHING we put our minds to.
If you have any questions or concerns, please email us. Similarly, if you haven’t received your bracelet by the middle of March, please email us and let us know.
Final request, as you start receiving your bracelets, please send us pictures of yourselves wearing them and a blurb about why wearing it is significant to you. We have a page on our site called “Wearing My Disease On My Sleeve™”. We will be launching a similar page with patients and families wearing their bracelets.
