I have done SOOO much better on Levoxyl than Synthroid. And I'm not usually even sensitive to stuff like that.

Good for you Jody! I still don't understand why your pharmacy thinks they have the right to change the doctor's orders. WTH??

I think I have CRS.. I can't remember! Agh!!! This exhaustion is the worst, I so agree with you. How can I feel so tired when my pulse is over 100 beats a minute! I'm glad you shared. There are so many of us here who know exactly what you are going through. The writing helps get it out, so we can look at it, and maybe toss it out if we don't want to look at it anymore. We'll be here..supporting you all the way. Keep writing!

That is so funny, "can't remember shit - CRS" I hope I can remeber it ;)

I am now on NDT but first I was on synthetic T4 like you are on now. I was getting a different brand every month of generic Synthroid. I finally asked for Levoxyl which is still as cheap (cost wise) as any generic but you are getting the same brand drug and consistency of the medication every time. Many people that did well on Synthroid seem to do well on the Levoxyl brand. Levoxyl 50 mcg dose has less fillers and no color additives in it for people that cannot tolerate the inactive ingredients. The only issue is that you may need to take more than one pill or cut some pills to get the dose you need. Your doctor would need to write "No Substitution" on the prescription and that way they have to give you only Levoxyl.

I hope you feel better soon.

CRS LOL! :-)
I just started to get my libido back after switching to a compounding pharmacy for my Armour. They make it there so that there are less fillers in it an more meds. I am starting to feel great. It's wierd having your libodo back - I feel like I am learning all over again. And NO Madonna you may not sing about it!

Never ever trust a Pharmacy! When my old Pharmacy tried to change my meds I called my doctor right away.
