Dear Thyroid:

I love you today because I managed to sleep for 6 hours last night. Thanks for that small reprieve; it makes me feel less crazy and mean today.

    Nicholle,
I agree 100%. I have been sleeping and I feel so good, such clarity of mind. Hoping you continue to get rested up.

    Hey Nicholle,

I sleep…. but its poor quality and never long enough regardless of if I manage to lay my head down for the recommended 8 hours! To be honest the lethargy is the worst thing – I think I could cope with everything else if I weren’t so flipping tired!

Anyway… hope you maintain a feeling of restfulness and take care of yourself x

I go for weeks with only getting 20 minutes of sleep here and there. Every once in a while I am granted some solid sleep and its like winning the lottery!
