You know me as the columnist, Dear Ann Glanders. I am also a member here at Dear Thyroid. Please know that I care about each and every one of you who are enduring thyroid cancer, thyroid autoimmune diseases and thyroid conditions, among other illnesses.

I thought I would tell you more about me and my book as we take this journey of sharing and learning together.

I am a published author. I have numerous medical conditions, and in my book, I discuss how they came into my life. Perhaps, our lives are more parallel than we realize, perhaps. Some wonder how it is that I am still alive. From all that I have endured up to this point, it has made me very passionate about helping others as they proceed with their own journeys.

I have spent years and many hours doing research on medical conditions, just like the ones so many of us continue to go through. I have a lot of information to share with other patients who just do not know where to turn or what in the world to do next.

I am very passionate about patients being well informed, and will spend the rest of my days in patient advocacy. I want to help and hold everyone’s hand along the way. No person should ever feel like they are alone, no matter what the topic, even if it’s just life in general.

I invite you to learn more about me and the first part of my journey that has brought me to where I am now in my life.  I would love to share my story with you.

You can find my book, At the End of the Day, at: Tate Publishing (Also available as an E-book at this same site.) And of course at, Amazon books.

Please feel free to follow me on Facebook and Twitter.

Amen sista… I’d love to read your story. I may find inspiration to write my own. I, like you, have lived through a plethora of medical conditions and have done tons of research. Naturally I don’t want others to have the same experience and I find myself reaching out to help others with similar conditions. I have been wanting to write a book for a couple of years now and I think it is time. Congratulations on your book. I hope mine will come to fruition one day. If my story can help one person, then it will have served its purpose. I’m sure you feel that way about your book/story.

Thank you Merrit! I am sorry to hear that you too have suffered through many medical conditions as well and I hope you are managing much better today. You will find it very fulfilling to get that book written and published. I assure you it will definitely help others! My book is a very fast read. I started it hitting the ground running and never let up to the end. So if you like fast and intense, this book’s for you : ) Merrit, it means a lot to me that you took the time to leave a comment! If there is ever anything that I can do for you in any way please do not hesitate to ask!
