Acrostic Poem by Lorraine, using the word: ABSOLUTELY
A new outlook on my life seems to be called for
Because all that stuff I thought I could do and I thought was on track
Sort of isn’t any more
Or so it seems
Like my fabulous career, it seems
Unlikely really now to unfold as I had planned it
Try as I might to resist and deny the way I feel
Eventually maybe I will have to give in, accept my limitations
Look long and hard at what is still possible and settle for that
You appear to be beating me, my little malfunctioning thyroid, ok, you win, name your terms.
Best wishes

Lorraine,
So good. I “wish” my thyroid would name it’s terms… then we could at least negotiate a truce.
Thank you!

Lorriane~ Yes it changes our lives. I have learned a lot these years with Graves. I am stronger than I thought. Great poem and it says so much. My best to you, xoxoxLinny
