Is this what my life’s going to be like now,
Lethargy, balding, and resembling a cow
Look fuckard thyroid, I never asked for this
Now facial hair you got to be taking the piss
Even now gone, your replacement is Shit
So come on why do my clothes no longer fit
Shall we just give and take or Will you give me a fucking break.
