ABSOLUTELY – Acrostic Poem written by Judanna
A little girl is sick all the time
Because no one knows.
She’s always exhausted & tired
Of always being called
LAZY, but even waking
Up can be difficult & sometimes hurt when
Thyroid glands don’t work
Enough & these diseases can turn into Cancer in
Later
Years.

I too have trouble waking up. Most of my life I have been a zombie in the morning. Sleeping well is different from sleeping. You and I and others like us cannot get the ‘right” kind of sleep and so we remain unrested.
You will have to ignore the comments of others and just do the best you can. If you are able have a sleep study done. This helped me discover my patterns of sleep. If you ask they will give you a copy of the readings. I found I have three different sleep illnesses.
