Thyroid Mad Libs, Enter! Your Team Will Each Win A $25 iTunes Gift Card
In an effort to keep us writing letters to our thyroids, thyroidectomized glands, doctors, medications and to ourselves from our thyroids, and, or family members to our thyroids; we thought we’d kick off a literary contest!

Dear Pain in the Ass thyroid
When I think about you, I feel stupid. In hindsight, I didn’t expect you to be so damaging. I wish I knew than what I know now. Things would have turned out better. Reflecting back on the past 6 years, I feel like crap about what I’ve (lost or gained).
What’s changed is inconceivable. Emotionally, my life has been radically altered. Physically my life has changed drastically. Financially, my life has been a tumble. I wasn’t prepared for what you can do.
I guess what I most worry about is cancer. Interestingly enough, this disease has taught me a ton about myself. I had not realized that would be a byproduct of perseverance.
What scares me most about the future is the unknown. I’m learning each day. I believe that things will become LEVEL. I guess what I’m saying is that, my goals, dreams and hopes are reachable.
In closing, I would like to add you can’t take my spirit.
Love,
