I felt like I was lost at sea, just couldn’t believe what losing my thyroid did to me..I couldn’t control any emotions its as if I was swallowed by the ocean, suffocating in what seemed so deep, I kept saying dear God I just need to sleep..Let me wake as if it was all a dream, my happiness was still with me, and wasn’t gone away from me. My mind and body was changing like the surf, please bring me back down to the loving earth. I can’t describe how cancer of my thyroid affected me, I can’t apologize for the person that wasn’t me..My hormones have gone as if my heart was torn, I thank God I found you, Dear thyroid I love and hate you…..
